Project analysis

The technical specifications of the project are analysed by our technicians according to the tools needed for production.

Mould design

The life of a product strongly depends on the design of its mould, that is why studies and simulations are performed to thoroughly analyse any problems, solving any critical issue of the design

Equipment construction

The steel moulds and the resin or wood models are created from the final 3D file. The moulds are manufactured internally or by our qualified suppliers.

Casting 

Our foundries have decades of experience behind them and are specialised in all kinds of casting with any metal and manufacturing technology: from resin sand to die casting, from shell-mould to lost-wax casting.

Quality controls

The internal laboratories and, if necessary, specialised institutes, carry out the necessary and any required testing (destructive and non-destructive) during the production cycle and after production in order to achieve conformity of the castings and quality standards.

Finishes

During finishing processes, castings are cut, polished, deflashed and sandblasted in order to remove any excess material.

Complementary Processes

According to the specifications required for the project, we provide the thermal treatments, machining, painting or galvanic treatments necessary to deliver the finished product to our client

Assembly

If required, we assemble the different components of the product and the castings until obtaining the finished product, saving our client time and costs.

Logistics

Logistics activities are managed by our internal management. We use our own means or qualified carriers for worldwide shipments.
