Every magnesium foundry
part of the AB Fonderie Italia network produces magnesium die casting, shell-mould
and green sand, resin sand. Each foundry specialises in specific types of manufacturing, from small productions or micro series of magnesium castings, to medium and large batches of products
Technologies
We are equipped with highly
flexible technologies
and structures, and we operate with presses from 250 to 1.200
tonnage for die-cast
magnesium, green and resin sand
facilities, manual
and semi-automatic shelling machines
that are capable of satisfying all client demands.
Training
We pay great attention to the training
of our personnel, both in safety
and technical
matters, in order to find the best casting systems and learn to detect possible product defects.
Castings
Magnesium castings that vary in thicknesses, in the weights
and in dimensional
sizes; from few to grams up beyond 50 kg. of weight.
