Copper foundries

Every copper foundry part of the AB Fonderie Italia network produces copper green sand, resin sand and lost-wax castings. Each foundry specialises in specific types of manufacturing, from small productions or micro series of brass castings, to medium and large batches of products

Technologies

We are equipped with highly flexible technologies and structures. By having facilities of different sizes and with manual moulding departments, we can supply grey cast iron and ductile iron castings from 0.1 to 2.000 kg with various shapes, sizes and quantities. 

Training 

We pay great attention to the training of our personnel, both in safety and technical matters, in order to find the best casting systems and learn to detect possible product defects.

Castings

Copper castings that vary in thicknesses, in the weights and in dimensional sizes  from few to grams up beyond 60 kg. of weight.

Quality certifications

Every copper foundry in our group is certified and has decades of experience in multiple productive sectors. Specifically, our foundries produce copper castings in all sizes and weights, with alloys suitable for each specification.
