Every aluminium foundry
part of the AB Fonderie Italia network produces aluminium die casting, shell-mould, green sand, resin sand
and lost-wax castings. Each foundry specialises in specific types of manufacturing, from small productions or micro series of aluminium castings, to medium and large batches of products
Technologies
We are equipped with highly flexible
technologies and structures, and we operate with presses
from 250 to 3,500 tonnage
for die-cast aluminium, green and resin sand facilities, and automatic, manual and semi-automatic shelling machines that are capable of satisfying
all client demands.
Training
We pay great attention to the training
of our personnel, both in safety
and technical matters, in order to find the best
casting systems and learn to detect possible product defects.
Castings
Aluminum castings that vary
in thicknesses, in the weights
and in dimensional sizes
from a few millimeters
to several meters
in diameter; from few
to grams
up beyond 40 kg.
