Brass foundries

Every brass foundry part of the AB Fonderie Italia network produces brass die casting, shell-mould, green sand, resin sand and lost-wax castings. Each foundry specialises in specific types of manufacturing, from small productions or micro series of brass castings, to medium and large batches of products

Technologies

We are equipped with highly flexible technologies and structures, and we operate with presses from 250 to 750 tonnage for die-cast brass, green and resin sand facilities, and manual and semi-automatic shelling machines that are capable of satisfying all client demands.

Training 

We pay great attention to the training of our personnel, both in safety and technical matters, in order to find the best casting systems and learn to detect possible product defects.

Castings

Brass castings that vary in thicknesses, in the weights and in dimensional sizes  from few to grams up beyond 60 kg. of weight.

Quality certifications

Every brass foundry in our group is certified and has decades of experience in multiple productive sectors. Specifically, our foundries produce brass castings in all sizes and weights, with alloys suitable for each specification.

Environment

AB Fonderie Italia manages the environmental aspects of its activity in accordance with the law and the indications defined by the technical documents from the Best Available Techniques, in order to limit its impact on the different environments
